The Turbo with a Kick!

Juice Detox: Day One (10am and 7pm juice)

Breakfast (10am) and Dinner (7pm).


  1. Golden Delicious or Gala Apple, 2

  2. Pineapple, 1/4

  3. Spinach  leaves, 1 handful

  4. Lime, 1/2

  5. Celery, 1/2 stalk

  6. Cucumber, 2-3 cm

  7. Raw ginger, 1-2 cm

  8. Avocado, 1/4


Peel the lime but don’t forget that the majority of the nutrients are found in the white pith.

Peel the pineapple.

Juice everything together, except the avocado.

Pour the juice into a blender along with the avocado, blend until smooth.

It’ rich in chlorophyll and helps oxygenate the body. It also contains all of the essential amino acides; it’s loaded with essential fatty acids and is rich in the vast majority of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin E.
