Coaching sessions in the workplace

I come to your workplace during the working day, and each employee has the opportunity to have a 45-minute one-on-one consultation. I provide them with a safe space to discuss their health and wellness objectives, their current diet, lifestyle and their office habits, and to receive personalised nutrition and wellness recommendations. Employees drive their own success by creating SMART goals while I encourage them throughout the entire process.

Online / Phone Coaching Sessions
