The spicy & sweet serum


This juice is packed with vitamin C, and it’s delicious! The pineapple, carrot and apple make it sweet …. and the ginger, lemon and fennel give it a good spicy kick. If you’re having difficulties waking up in the morning, this will do the trick!


  1. Pineapple, 1/3

  2. Royal gala apple, 2

  3. Cucumber, 1/4

  4. Carrot, 1 or 2

  5. Fennel, 1 big slice

  6. Lemon, 1

  7. Ginger, 3 cm


In a cold press juicer, start with an apple and finish with the second one. the order of the other fruits doesn’t really matter.


Apple: Good source of dietary fibre and vitamin c.

Lemon: Good source of vitamin C, citric acid, flavonoids, B-complex vitamins, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and fibre. Contain more potassium than apples or grapes.

Pineapple: Excellent source of vitamin C and manganese. Very good source of copper and a good source of vitamin B1, vitamin B6, dietary fibre, folate and pantothenic acid.

Carrot: Very good source of biotin, vitamin K, dietary fibre, molybdenum, potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. They are a good source of manganese, niacin, vitamin B1, phosphorus, folate, copper, vitamin E and vitamin B2.

Cucumber: Excellent source of vitamin K and molybdenum. Very good source of the pantothenic acid. Good source of copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, biotin and vitamin B1.

Ginger: Excellent source of vitamin B-6 and vitamin B-5. Good source of  potassium, manganese, copper, and magnesium.

Fennel: Good source of vitamin C, dietary fibre, potassium, manganese, copper, folate and phosphorus
