The Purple Juice

Purple cabbage in a juice? Yes ma’am, purple cabbage! You’d be very surprised! This juice is really refreshing, and you can make it a little spicy with a big chunk of ginger.

As any other juice, it’s super duper healthy – as an added bonus, it has cancer-fighting properties.

  1. Golden Delicious apples or Royal Gala, 2

  2. Large carrot, 1 (or 2 small)

  3. Pineapple, a 3cm slice

  4. Lemon, 1

  5. Ginger, a 3 cm slice

As usual, in a (slow) juicer, start and finish with the apples. Cabbage, carrot, pineapple and ginger in between.
