Juice Detox: Day One (1pm and 4pm juice)
Ingredients
Pineapple, 1/4
Spinach leaves, 1 large handful
Cucumber, 1/4
Courgette, 1/2
Fennel, 1-2 com
Sugar Snap Peas, 15 pods
Lime, 1/2
You don't have to peel the cucumber and courgette, as long as you wash them well. Peel the pineapple and lime.
Chop the ingredients in little chunk. Peel the pineapple and juice all the ingredients (preferably in a slow juicer or cold-press juicer).
