The Green & Pineapple Juice

Look at this bad boy! It’s super hydrating, also perfect for breakfast or as a post-workout drink.

  1. Spinach: a big handful

  2. Cucumber: 1/2

  3. Broccoli: 7 florets

  4. Pineapple: 1/3

  5. Lemon: 1

  6. Apple: 1

Don’t get alarmed, I realise that spinach and broccoli might not sound very appealing, but combined with the sweetness of the pineapple dn the freshness of the cucumber, it’s actually pretty amazing.

Chop the fruits. In your juicer, start with 1/2 the apple, then add the spinach, broccoli, cucumber, pineapple, lemon, and finish off with the other 1/2 apple.

Since it’s so warm outside at the moment, pour over some ice cubes and enjoy!
