The cauliflower salad

Following my post yesterday (The salad lunch box or how to get organised), here is today’s salad; ready in less than 5 minutes.
Cauliflower, a handful – slightly steamed, but that’s optional.
Lettuce romana, a handful
Red bell pepper, 1/2
Pumpkin seeds, one tablespoon
Peas pasta, a handful (leftovers from yesterday’s salad)
Cilantro, a whole bunch
Vinaigrette : olive oil, apple cider, salt and pepper.
No procedure really, just put everything together! Better enjoyed in the sun with your lovely colleagues!
