Who am I ?

My name is Elise Rousse, I’m from Belgium, but I’ve lived in many places across the world. I am a Yoga Teacher, an Ayurvedic Practioner for lifestyle and nutrition, an Ayurvedic Masseur, and Sound Therapist.

 

For many years I had a really difficult relationship with food, tremendously struggled with body image and self-esteem, and I couldn’t really live at peace with myself and others. My journey to health and well-being started with a lot of Crossfit and also the plant-based diet which helped me find a sustainable and healthy way of eating.

 

I found Yoga and Ayurveda in 2017 and started a transformational and healing process, a life changing and continuous process. Since then I've emerged myself into their practices and teachings, and I've been  studying with amazing teachers across the world.

 

All I want to do now is to share these knowledges and my experience.

I've made it my mission in life is to help you meet your Best Self, to live a more authentic & purer version of yourself and to find balance in your body and mind. Through my well-being coaching sessions, Yoga classes or Ayurvedic Consultations & Massages, I empower you to improve your well-being through small, sustainable, healthy diet & lifestyle changes.

 

I creates a safe space where you feel you can be honest about your health and mindset without fearing judgement, and I will help you identify a cause rather than symptoms.

 

I live and work in Brussels at the moment but I also do consultations online.
