It's a healthy lifestyle & diet reboot, not a diet program.
It takes more than 2 months before a new behaviour becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. In the span of 6 months, we have the opportunity to introduce new habits one step at a time, see how they fit in your routine, and make adjustments if necessary.
The goal is to ingrain these healthy habits into your day-to-day so they become second nature.
