It took me about 15 minutes to prepare this lunch plate, and it’s so beautiful (and delicious) that I wanted to share it with you.
On this plate we have:
Chopped red cabbage
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced radish
Avocado
Steamed asparagus
Steamed pattypan squash
Mix of seeds
Chopped basil
The pasta is actually edamame and mung bean fettuccini that I bought in an organic store, it’s basically beans in the shape of pasta! You can even find this kind of pasta in supermarkets now.
So today’s message is : have a healthy and happy diet, be creative, taste new things, combine tastes, textures and colours. Most importantly, have fun in your kitchen!
