Five-Day Juice Detox – Day Five (Breakfast)

I made this one with all the goodies I had left from my detox week, and it was actually very good, creamy and tasty, with a good ginger and lime kick.


  1. Golden Delicious Apple, 1

  2. Pear, 1

  3. Green Bell Pepper, ½

  4. Celery, 1 stalk

  5. Broccoli, a handful of florets

  6. Avocado, ½

  7. Sugar peas, 15 pods

  8. Lime, 1

  9. Ginger, 1-2 cm


Juice everything together without the avocado. Pour the juice in the blender with the avocado flesh.
