Think of a Health Coach as a personal trainer for your well-being.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energised life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is fun, flexible, and free of denials and frustrations. By working together, we discover the lifestyle and food choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

I believe in the concept of bio-individuality, which means that there is no one-size-fit-all diet. One person’s food is another person’s poison, that’s why I'll help develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you to reach your health goal(s), based on your unique tastes, needs, and lifestyle requirements.
I guarantee you that tiny tweaks can make big changes and have a significant and positive impact on your health and well-being.
Finally, I'll help you understand that it’s not just the food you eat that affects your health but, also, the foods that nourish your mind and your soul: healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical exercise and spirituality awareness.
