RESET & RECHARGE
Sometimes in life, we feel anxiety. We feel stressed. We find ourselves holding on to negative energy or feel heaviness in our body and in our heart. Sometimes it's difficult to let go and ease into relaxation. Does that maybe resonate with you?
Join me and experience the healing benefits of a Gong Bath and Hatha Yoga during this two-hour magical journey for your Body, Mind and Soul.
Elise will guide you through a meaningful and peaceful 75-minute Hatha Yoga practice (all levels), which includes Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (postures), and Relaxation. Hatha Yoga is a wonderful practice that will help you increase muscle tone and strength, improve mobility, posture and balance, relax the nerves and reduce tension, enhance focus, mental clarity and concentration, and promote a sense of inner peace and wellness.
Yoga will be followed by a 45-minute Gong Bath that will lead you to a state of deep relaxation.
Yoga with Elise
A yoga class described as ‘Hatha’ will typically involve a set of physical postures, the asanas, breathing exercices (pranayama) and mediation. Hatha Yoga is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.
The asanas are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class, and then can be modified to make them as easy or as challenging as is suitable for you - your unique body and individual requirements.
Yoga is for everybody – all ages, shapes and sizes, and ability levels.
It can increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture. Yoga can also bring balance to your body and mind, improve digestion and sleep, and help with your general sense of wellbeing. Hatha yoga can also help you lower your stress levels.
Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
A gong bath is a magical sound experience. You'll be immersed in the sounds of the gong and will achieve a deeply relaxing, meditative state.
On top of its mesmerising sound, the gong has been shown to have therapeutic value:
Clears emotional blockages and tensions
Creates deep relaxation in the Mind & Body
Brings you into a deep meditation state
Improves Sleep & Increases Creativity
Helps you cope and reduce stress and anxiety
Brings deep awareness & connection between the mind & body

Who am I ?
My name is Elise Rousse, I’m from Belgium, but I’ve lived in many places across the world. I am a Yoga Teacher, a Well-Being Coach, an Ayurvedic Consultant for lifestyle and nutrition, and Ayurvedic Masseur.
For many years I had a really difficult relationship with food, tremendously struggled with body image and self-esteem, and I couldn’t really live at peace with myself and others. My journey to health and well-being started with the plant-based diet which helped me find a sustainable and healthy way of eating. After healing my body, I found Yoga to heal my mind and soul. Ayurveda came to me a little later as the latest piece of my healing process. Ayurveda is a science of self-healing, the sister science of yoga, it is the ancient Indian art of living a more healthy, wholesome life, through our diets, our routines, and lifestyle practices.
My mission in life, my dharma, is to help you meet your Best Self, to live a more authentic & purer version of yourself and to find balance in your body and mind. Through my well-being coaching sessions, Yoga classes or Ayurvedic Consultations, I empower you to improve your well-being through small, sustainable, healthy diet & lifestyle changes.
