Being mindful requires a little practice and a bit of discipline; and all it takes is 10 minutes, 10 minutes a day that can make a whole difference on how you go through life. 10 minutes that will improve your well-being, physical health and mental health.

Andy Puddicombe (the creator of Headspace) explains it much better than I would, so take a moment to watch this video and be inspired.
